Bravo's reality show, "Pregnant in Heels" host Rosie Pope has composed a book to help and provide proper guidance to expecting moms.
The book titled "Mommy IQ: The Complete Guide to Pregnancy" demonstrates each and everything a woman should know after conceiving a child to giving birth.
"I have an amazing access to a lot of experts from the best OBGYNs to the best fitness trainers and I also have a lot of personal experience," People magazine quoted the maternity guru telling Today. "I wanted to marry all that expert science with my personal mom experience and provide a book that has everything you need to know about pregnancy."
The book launched at Destination Maternity last week, based both on expert opinion and personal experience provides tips and recommendations for having a smooth and trouble-free pregnancy.
"The problem is everybody wants to do the best job they can do... so the anxiety is overwhelming," Pope told People. "If you just have a book to point you in the right direction I think you can really feel equipped and confident."
The book comes a few months after the designer gave birth to her third child. Apart from the baby girl born May 13, on Mother's Day Pope and her husband Daron have two children- J.R. and Wellinton Wells.
During the birth of her third child, Pope had shared minute-to-minute live labor experience with her followers on Twitter. She continued the live birth commentary until she reached 9 cm dilation. Later Daron announced the baby's arrival.
She was excited and overjoyed to have a daughter after two boys.
"I'm still in shock! Honestly I thought we were only going to have boys," US weekly quoted Pope's happiness after she came to know about the sex of the baby in January.
"I am so excited for this little girl to meet her big brothers. They are the most caring lovely boys. J.R. is so excited. We wrapped up some pink booties for him to open on Christmas day so he thinks she is a gift from Santa!"
