Breitbart News Reporter Resigns: Michelle Fields Grabbed by Donald Trump's Campaign Manager

A Breitbart News reporter resigned after claiming that she was battered by Donald Trump's campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. Michelle Fields attended the presidential aspirant's press conference in Florida and was pushed away when she tried to ask Donald Trump a question.

Michelle Fields was accusing Corey Lewandowski of grabbing her by the arm and shoving her away, which left "finger-shaped" bruises on the reporter's arm. According to Stuff, Michelle Fields blames Breitbart News Network for not taking her side and protecting Donald Trump instead of her.

Michelle Fields explained that she can't work with a company that has no intention to support her, that's why she opted for resignation. Michelle Fields' walkout was followed by three other employees: editor-at-large Ben Shapiro, Jarrett Stepman and Breitbart News Network national security correspondent Jordan Schachtel.

Corey Lewandowski, on the other hand, contradicted all Michelle Fields' accusations as Donald Trump told CNN that the mishap was plainly "made up." In fact, a reporter from The Washington Post witnessed the incident and said it wasn't real, per Yahoo News.

Breitbart News Network also shared their own story after Michelle Fields told her side. Breitbart News Network said that the "likeliest explanation" of what happened was Michelle Fields was grasped by one of Donald Trump's security officer in her arms and not exactly Corey Lewandowski.

Ben Shapiro also gave his two cents by saying that Stephen Bannon, Breitbart News Network's chief executive, was a bully who's making their company into a "Trump's personal Pravda." Ben Shapiro said that Breitbart News Network did nothing to help Michelle Fields, who was quietly asking for an apology.

"In the ultimate indignity, they undermined Michelle completely by running a poorly-evidenced conspiracy theory as their lead story," Ben Shapiro explained. However, as of this writing, no charges between the two parties have been filed. The police in Jupiter, Florida said on Monday that they still have an ongoing investigation.
