The "Jurassic World 2" star Bryce Dallas Howard is set to receive recognition for her acting skills prowess. The star is making her way up in her craft.
ComingSoon.net reported that Bryce Dallas Howard would be honored at next month's CinemaCon 2016 as announced by Mitch Neuhauser, Managing Director of CinemaCon 2016. She will receive the CinemaCon Award for Excellence in Acting award.
"A talented and versatile actress, Bryce Dallas Howard has entertained audiences around the globe with stellar performances in such films as 'The Village,' 'The Help,' '50/50′ and, of course, 2015's monster box-office juggernaut 'Jurassic World,'," says Neuhauser. "CinemaCon is thrilled to have this opportunity to honor such a talented actress at this year's final night Big Screen Achievement Award Ceremony.""
Per the report Dallas Howard stars in several theatre productions including "Tartuffe," "As You Like It," "House/Garden" and "Our Town." She also appears in several films including "Here After," "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," "Terminator Salvation," "Spider-Man 3" and more.
Aside from her roles on screen, she also works behind the lens. Dallas Howard creates content for multiple campaigns and also directs over a dozen of short films. She already received numerous recognitions for her work. In fact, her short-film "When You Find Me" was shortlisted for an Oscar in 2012.
Meanwhile, Parent Herald previously reported that Dallas Howard might take the lead role for "Jurassic World 2." The actress already confirmed that she would be reprising her role as Claire Dearing.
Dallas Howard told Collider that there would be no running heels in "Jurassic World 2." "The way that Colin [Trevorrow] told me that the sequel was happening, when it got greenlit, and that I was going to be in it, he texted me #NoHeels2018. And I was like, 'Yeah, boy!'" She said.
In a separate report from Parent Herald, Dallas Howard disclosed that her character in "Jurassic World 2" would be different. Also, the sequel will feature more dinosaurs.
"Jurassic World 2" premieres on June 22, 2018.
