Reality TV star Jessa Duggar- Sewald, 23, is not ashamed not even one bit on the fact that she depends on her family when it comes to parenting her child. Her son is currently only 4 months old, so it just makes sense that she needs all the help that she could get since she is also a first time mother.
In an article published by People Magazine, the 23-year-old mom revealed that all her parenting skills come from her family these days who are always supporting her. Her mom, Michelle Duggar, and sister, Jill Duggar-Dillard are the specific people she runs to when it comes to some parenting advice.
Jessa told the publication that her mom has pretty much raised everyone of them who have different personalities, so it is only fitting that she comes to her for help. The fact that her mom has raised 19 chidren, that is already enough reason for her to trust her Michelle Duggar's parenting skills.
The Stir also got a hold of this news about Jessa's revelation with People. They cited her relationship with her sister and how she has been helping her parenting dilemma from thousands of miles away.
But it is good to know that they maintain their closeness that distance didn't become a hindrance for them to help each other in the parenting department. The two are like best friends, which makes it easier for Jessa to pick up new tips for her sister who has an 11-month-old son named Israel.
New moms could learn a thing or two from the Duggar family when it comes to sticking together despite of the many controversies being thrown at them. They set aside their differences and all the public humiliation that they have been and just decide to be there for each other when they needed it.
