Players can now play Epic Games’ new MOBA “Paragon” through the Early Access season. Those who already purchased the “Paragon” Founder’s Packs already have the chance to enjoy the new Multiplayer Online Battle Arena created by game dev Epic Games, reports VG247.
To make sure that your system can take on the game, Epic Games has revealed both minimum and recommended system specs needed for you to enjoy the newest MOBA on the block. Here are the recommended system requirements, as seen in the “Paragon” FAQ:
Minimum specs:
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 6870 equivalent DX11 Graphics Card
- 1 GB Video RAM
- Intel Core i5 2.5 Ghz Processor
- 4 GB of RAM
- Windows 7/8/10 64-bit operating system
Recommended specs:
- Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 equivalent DX11 Graphics Card
- 2 GB Video RAM
- Intel Core i5 2.8 Ghz Processor
- 8 GB of RAM
- Windows 7/8/10 64-bit operating system
If your current system specs do not match or are unable to meet the requirements, Epic Games recommends to skip the Early Access season and instead wait as they will complete optimizing and improving the game for lower-end systems.
Additionally, Epic Games has posted a list of graphics cards containing comparative data about each, and has categorized cards according to their performance. This should at least give players or hopefuls an idea if their computer can take on the game.
For those that have capable systems and are wanting to play the game, there are three different Founder’s Packs, ranging from $20 to $100, reports Digital Trends.
The basic pack ($20) gives basic access to play the game, while both the challenger pack ($60) and master pack ($100) give in-game cosmetics, unlocked content and an extra Founder’s Pack that can be given as a gift, in addition to the early access.
“Paragon” will be available in stores on June 7. Early Access season is currently ongoing and free Open Beta starts Summer.
