1. Regular exercise

Being physically active is one of the most basic tips that can help teens cope with stress. Lifting light weights, yoga, hiking, jogging, biking and playing sports are ideal for teenagers.

2. Adequate sleep

Many teens place sleeping time at the bottom of their priorities. They think that it is alright to skip sleep because of their many daily responsibilities and extracurricular activities. However, getting an average of seven to eight hours of sleep every night is essential to proper growth, sharp mind and disease prevention.


3. Balanced lifestyle

Spending all of your time studying or working is unhealthy. Spending all of your time playing and having fun is irresponsible. Knowing how to maintain a balanced lifestyle is essential for coping with teenage stress.
