Beyonce Beats Kim Kardashian in Most-Searched Celebrities List

Hey Ms Kardashian, make way for Beyonce!

Singer Beyonce Knowles has topped the list of most-searched celebrities in 2013, a report released by the search engine Bing said. She beat the TV reality star Kim Kardashian, who reigned the list for two years in 2012 and 2013.

According to Contactmusic.com, the 32-year-old singer had quite an action-packed year. She now has another Grammy to her credit which she won this year.

The famous Kardashian, Kim, was placed second in the list. Despite being in news either for her pregnancy or introducing her baby to the world throughout the year, the 33-year-old mother of baby North West did not make it to the top.

Singer Rihanna was third in the list and Taylor Swift and Madonna had to settle down with fourth and fifth places, respectively.

Following these girls was singer Justine Bieber. He is ranked as the most searched male celebrity and is on number six spot overall. But this isn't good news for the 19-year-old singer. He was ranked second last year and this year his position dropped drastically. The second most searched male was President Barrack Obama, who was placed 10th in the list.

Interestingly, the 'Wrecking Ball' singer Miley Cyrus was on number nine in the spot. Pretty disappointing for someone who loves to stay in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Here's the list of top 10 searched celebrities on Bing:

2. Kim Kardashian

3. Rihanna

4. Taylor Swift

5. Madonna
