Giuliana Rancic Loves Changing Poopy Diapers

For new mom, Giuliana Rancic, even the toughest, dirtiest job is met with lots of love.

Giuliana and her husband Bill welcomed their first son Edward Duke Rancic, via gestational surrogate on Aug. 29 in Denver, Colorado.

Now, the new mom is dishing on her new role.

"I love changing poopy diapers. When I open a diaper and it's poopy, I'm like, 'Yes, score!'" the new mom told People magazine. "This is so gross, but I love when he poops. They make these noises and I'm always like, 'Bill, here he goes. Tape this, tape this!' And he's like, 'Must we tape this?'

"It's such a good feeling because it shows that he's healthy and he's regular and things are looking good."

During the chat, Giuliana dished on the inspiration behind the newest Rancic.

"Edward is Bill's late father's name and Eduardo is my father's name," Rancic, explained to People. However, the new dad loves to call his little boy The Duke.

"We've always loved the name Duke. We thought it was a really strong name, it means leader and I have a feeling he's going to be the leader of our family!"she added to the magazine.

The E! News anchor, tied the knot in 2007 and after failing to have a baby naturally, underwent in vitro fertilization twice. However, both treatments ended in failure. Giving more trouble to the couple, Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent mastectomy as part of her cancer treatment.

The couple, who shared their infertility issues through the reality show "Giuliana & Bill" later sought the help of a surrogate to carry their biological child.
