Kendall Jenner revealed, just before she debuted as an international model with Victoria's Secret, what her secrets were for fitness and diet. A health trainer that worked with such celebrities as Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West's music and a regular health regimen had helped Kendall Jenner go trim and slim.

The Daily Mail reports that Kendall Jenner shared how her workout began long before she got to the gym. Kendall Jenner actually started her workout by running to the gym and then hitting the treadmill as soon as she got there. Kendall Jenner focused her workout mostly on her abs. Kendall Jenner also did numerous planking at each workout.

She went on a clean diet, especially before a show. Kendall Jenner ate meals that mostly consisted of fruits, vegetables as well as lean proteins. Kendall Jenner also shared just how much detox tea she drank each day. E! News reports that Kendall Jenner starts each day with detox tea. By the end of the day, Kendall Jenner usually would have finished 12 cups of detox tea.

One thing that Kendall Jenner tried to maintain throughout each day, besides her workout and her diet, was to get in at least seven to eight hours of sleep. Kendall Jenner said that this had been her secret during fashion week.

Look, however, reports that recently Kendall Jenner admits to having been lax about her workout and her diet. Despite her many high-end fashion engagements with such designers as Dior and Chanel, Kendall Jenner said that she had not hit the gym in a long time. Since November in fact, Kendall Jenner had not gone back to her health and fitness secrets. People reports that Kendall Jenner had not been back to the gym since her Victoria's Secret debut.

Kendall Jenner has, in fact, abandoned her reputed healthy lifestyle temporarily with the help of her sister Khloe Kardashian. Kendall Jenner admits to being on Fritos Chili Cheese crisps craze at the moment and reveals that Khloe Kardashian's house is the best place to find it.

"She has the greatest snacks ever," Kendall Jenner shared. "She always has. Literally, I walk in her house - [and] it's dangerous."

At least Kendall Jenner says that her fitness break is only temporary and her habits now are a vacation of sorts. Once, she has had enough break, Kendall Jenner would go back to her Gunnar Peterson-type of workout.
