Jim Bob & Michelle Duggar On The Brink Of Divorce Due To Endless Fights Over Son Josh

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are reportedly having marital problems, although they always presented a God-centric, picture-perfect family on television. Recent reports have claimed that the "19 Kids and Counting" couple's 31-year marriage might be ending soon, because of ongoing conflict regarding the son, Josh Duggar, who has been involved in several scandals since last year.

According to Hollywood Life, the couple has been facing a lot of unforeseen stress in the past months following the cancellation of their show. This is in addition to reports claiming that the Duggars are paying Anna a huge amount of money so as not to divorce Josh. Jim Bob and Michelle are have been facing yet another crisis in their marriage involving their son Josh and his homecoming from the rehab.

"Jim Bob believes that Josh is completely cured," an insider revealed to InTouch magazine. "And Michelle, while she would never admit it publicly, understands why some family members don't want Josh around them or their children," noting that Josh's actions have been driving a wedge between the family.

Sad news right there since the issue has been keeping Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar busy fighting with each other, all the time. Could it be Michelle's protective instincts are at play since her teenage girls from the household are having "mixed feelings" about their big brother Josh going home with them?

The insider even claimed that the couple's recent fights have been intense. "Michelle has actually raised her voice to Jim Bob, which never happens," the source explained. "It's gotten so bad that friends think this could destroy the marriage that no one ever thought could be broken."

Apparently, Michelle's unlikely actions are due to Jim Bob's belief that Josh is not a threat to their household. The father to 19 children is adamant that Josh has already been cured, leaving little to worry about.

"[Jim Bob] argued about putting family first and how Michelle needed to move on and put things in the past," the source said, echoing Jim Bob's sentiments. "And she stood her ground and said she was putting family first by being cautious."

Could this be the end of the beautiful Duggar family? We hope not. Share your thoughts below.
