Unfortunately, the app is only compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge models. However, many believe that it will be compatible with other Samsung smartphones in the future.
The report stresses that the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge app is a standard voice recording app with interesting features. It allows users to link voice recordings with NFC tags. Whenever one touches the back of the phone to an NFC tag, it will play back automatically. It also comes with a "Voice Memo" that allows users to record their voices and convert them to on-screen text. It also supports background recording and allows bookmarking points while recording.
On a separate note, Seeking Alpha reported that Galaxy S7 brings growth to Samsung. At the time, the Galaxy S7 series has already sold over 250 percent than its predecessors in the Netherlands.
In Asia, JD.com received 6.4M Samsung Galaxy S7 pre-orders while Suning received 1.4M in the first four days. The South Korean tech giant received 10M of pre-orders in China alone and 15M more are expected within the pre-order time.
