Khloé Kardashian Odom is officially moving on from her 4-year-long marriage to the former NBA basketball player, Lamar Odom.
Kardashian Odom, the 29-year-old reality TV star filed for divorce on Friday, Dec. 13, according to E! News. She is being represented by sister Kim's former attorney Laura Wasser and is also seeking to her Odom legally dropped from her name.
The couple reportedly has an 'ironclad' prenup and the beauty is asking for no spousal support from the NBA player, a Friday report from TMZ. The feeling is mutual as she is also asking the judge to reject any of the former Lakers' requests for support as well.
The couple's marital ups and downs were heavily documented over the past few months.
The 34-year-old athlete was arrested for a DUI in August and barely a day after he opted to check in to rehab in September following his arrest for allegedly driving under the influence, Odom left the treatment facility.
On Thursday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star posted a self-empowering message to her Instagram account, increasing the speculation that the end of her union is near.
'I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish,' read the black-and-white note.
Khloe Kardashian Odom has not been spotted with her ring on since November 22.
Lamar has not been photographed since November 28.
