"Grimm" Season 5 may see Nick heartbroken once again if Adalind will choose to go with Capt. Renard's demands. As seen on the latest episode of the NBC drama, Renard met with Adalind to inform her about their missing daughter.

While Adalind was aware that Renard's offer meant something more, she does not realize that Renard will be demanding something extremely difficult from her.

"Adalind didn't think she was just going to get Diana back for nothing, but what's demanded of her [later this season] is incredibly challenging," actress Claire Coffee told TVLine. "What she has to do in order to get Diana back is the most difficult decision that she could possibly be forced to make."

This fueled speculations that "Grimm" Season 5 will see Nick heartbroken and alone once again, as spoilers seemingly point out to Adalind choosing to conform to Renard's demands in order to be with Diana.

Sasha Roiz also told the publication that Renard views Diana as "so much more than their daughter." Renard knows how powerful their daughter is and how many people want her, which is why he will do whatever it takes to keep her by his side.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of "Grimm" Season 5 entitled "Skin Deep" will see Nick and Hank suspect for a Wesen involvement when they come across a young woman who ages 70 years overnight, Carter Matt reports on the official synopsis.

Rosalee will also be helping Nick and Hank with their investigation while Eve will try to dig further into Capt. Renard's plans.

"Grimm" Season 5 airs Fridays on NBC.
