Fetty Wap Gives Newborn His Last Name Despite Denying Claims to the Child in the Past

Hollywood rap artist Fetty Wap's daughter's name was teasingly revealed to the public by the child's mother Masika Kalysha via Twitter. In a Wednesday morning, the proud mother tweeted her daughter's initials, KBM.

The hashtagged initials were finally revealed. Fetty Wap named his daughter Khari Barbie Maxwell. The rap artist's real name is Willie Maxwell II.

Upon knowing the beginning of Kalysha's delivery, the 24-year-old hitmaker took a plane from New Jersey to Los Angeles and into the hospital where her daughter's mother was admitted, according to TMZ.

This has been an interesting turn of events as the Trap Queen hitmaker openly denied paternity for the child in the early stages of Kalysha's pregnancy. In an interview with The Shade Room, Fetty said, "Congratulations to her and whoever is the [father]."

The turn of events was so great that Fetty gives the girl his last name and finally calls her his own. But despite his great display of care for the mother and child, Fetty has yet to make an official public announcement to his claim to the child. The rap artist's Twitter feed is still free from any form of a fatherly statement. What the public can only confirm is Fetty is back in the West Coast and he is feeling good about it.
