He is also set to join the reboot of "Kickboxer: Vengeance." But aside from this, he will be joining Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling in "Blade Runner 2."
Dave Bautista posted a photo of him holding an origami unicorn. He was staring at that tiny figure and captioned it with "I can't wait to share some really exciting news... "
According to the report, the origami unicorn that the wrestler is holding can be seen in the original "Blade Runner" film. For moviegoers who are very familiar with the "Blade Runner" film, it is easy to read between the lines, that the actor is hinting about a potential role in "Blade Runner 2."
The original unicorn is left for Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) at the end of "Blade Runner" as a reference to a dream that he had. There were several theories about its significance. According to Blade Runner Insight, it could mean that Deckard got Rachel or it was Gaff's gauntlet and he will haunt them down.
Per the report, a unicorn may also symbolize a virgin and purity, which ties with Rachel's status. Legends suggest that only a virgin could capture a unicorn. Gaff may think the same of Rachel.
"Blade Runner 2" will premiere on Jan 12, 2018.
