The success of "Batman V Superman: The Dawn of Justice" was around 50-50. The heavily criticized film by Zack Snyder is, according to some people, not really the best representation of the two major superheroes of the DC comic world.
Fans have even gone as far as to petition for Zack Snyder getting kick out of the "Justice League" movie production. However, one must agree that probably one of the highlights in "Batman V Superman: The Dawn of Justice" is Ben Affleck's Batman, which people have underestimated in terms of whether Ben Affleck can be a great Batman and he proved that he can be.
Now, there have been reports that Ben Affleck has already written a script of his very own about the caped crusader of Arkham and that it is actually quite a good script, could it be that Ben Affleck might be playing Batman in a solo film? Now, it could be possible since Ben Affleck is not only an actor but also an award winning director, wherein one of his movies "Argo" got three Oscars including Best Picture.
Recently, Ben Affleck's talent agency WME-IMG, CEO's of said company, Patrick Whitesell, and Ari Emanuel sat down for an interview. One of the questions posed was how long Ben Affleck will be portraying Batman. "[Ben Affleck] is contracted to do at least Justice League One and Two, so at least three times wearing the cape. And there's a script that he's written that is a really cool [Batman] idea, so that's out there as an option," Partrick Whitesell answered.
Fans might be excited to hear about a solo Batman film with Ben Affleck playing the masked hero due to the fact that during the "Batman V Superman: The Dawn of Justice" film, Batman's story was not exemplified and the fans are asking for proper "Death In The Family" comic adaptation. Ben Affleck as Batman will be making a cameo in "Suicide Squad."
