"I am Cait" wins the Outstanding Reality Program of the 27th GLAAD Media Awards. "I am Cait! Won the award along with TLC's "I am Jazz."
According to E! Online, Caitlyn Janner and the rest of her crew won an award for the Outstanding Reality Program at the 27th GLAAD Media Awards. GLAAD Awards is in honor of their mission in releasing stories of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals through different forms of media outlets.
"For nearly three decades, the GLAAD Media Awards have propelled inclusion in media and driven LGBT acceptance forward," GLAAD CEO and president Sarah Kate Ellis said in a statement. "This year's nominees have raised the bar for creating thoughtful and diverse LGBT images and storylines, deepening audiences' understanding of LGBT people and accelerating acceptance across the world."
"I am Cait" is not on its 2nd season and fans have been religiously following Kris Jenner along with her best friends, Candis Cayne, Chandi Moore and Jenny Boylan. As of the episode on "I am Cait," it was revealed that Caitlyn reunited with her ex, Kris Jenner. As the Kris and Cait went to a Mardi Gras party,however, things got out of hand as Cait locked lips with her ex-wife according to ET's update.
As the episode almost came to an end, Cait apologized to Kris, it was not established however as to what Caitlyn was apologizing about. To make things heated up, the teaser for the next episode it was revealed that Caitlyn opens up about her political views.
Bruce Jenner who is now known as Caitlyn Jenner was a popular triathlete and the father of Kylie and Kendell Jenner, shook the world with his transition. He publicly announced his sentiments in regards to showing the world his true persona as he wanted to transition into a female and had a full body transformation.
