Galaxy Note 6 Release Date, News & Update: What New Specs And Features Will Be Included In Samsung's Latest Device?

Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is already the talk of the town just mere months after the release of the scene-Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

The next entry in Samsung's premium phablet lineup is said to boast specs and features that will give Apple a run for its money. According to Ecumenical News, Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will sport a 5.8-inch RGB AMOLED display.

There are reports that this screen will boast 4K resolution, which should allow Samsung Galaxy Note 6 to deliver the richest, most beautiful graphics anyone will ever see in a smartphone.

The base Samsung Galaxy Note 6 model will have 4GB RAM, but this memory can go up to 6GB RAM, according to Yibada. The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is also expected to offer 128GB storage, expandable with a microSD card.

To make the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 more of a killer phablet, the aforementioned publication is reporting that a 256GB version of the device will be made available along with a 64GB variant.

Other exciting specs the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will showcase include a USB-C Type port and a monstrous 5000mAh battery unit, which should hold up the Galaxy Note 6's alleged 4K display, which will need a lot of juice.

The handset is also expected to have a duel camera - one at 16 megapixels and the other at 12 megapixels. On the front of the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is a selfie snapper that either has 5 megapixels or 8.

On the design front, Samsung will reportedly go for an entirely new design that fans and users of the Note family will see for the first time.

The early chitchat about Samsung Galaxy Note 6 had many thinking that the new Galaxy Note will be here sooner as well.

According to Nashville Chatter, Samsung won't wait until the IFA in September, where it usually launches new devices, to release the Galaxy Note 6.

Instead of unveiling the Galaxy Note 5 sequel in the said event, the South Korean tech firm will reportedly show the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 to the world as early as July or August.
