In an E! News exclusive, Holly Madison revealed her own journey from being a Hollywood-sized blonde to being a mother. Madison spoke about placing unrealistic pressure and expectation on herself after she gave birth to Rainbow Aurora.
As she struggled to return to her Playboy bunny physique, Holly Madison spoke about realizing that a woman never really returns to her pre-baby body unless she gets artificial and cosmetic touch ups. According to the "Girls Next Door" star, she did not understand this immediately. She did yoga and Hip Hop abs daily as soon as her doctor gave her the Go signal. Madison also stayed with healthy food hoping this would get her back sooner to her old body size.
Holly Madison shares that she lost 30 pounds of the weight she gained only 11 months after giving birth. Despite being able to return to her old weight, Madison emphasized that a woman's body will always be forever changed by pregnancy.
