Michael Jordan is still earning a huge amount of money inside the courts - not by playing in the NBA, but by his iconic Air Jordan brand. Here are some news regarding the jumpman's famous namesake line of kicks.
The Air Jordan 6 in "Infrared" colorway is getting restocked in New York City this weekend! According to Sneaker News, retailer Jimmy Jazz is going to restock the iconic colorway at select stores in New York and New Jersey this Saturday, April 9.
Though it might not interest those who already own the shoe, the restock should come as great news for those who don't have it yet. The "Infrared" colorway of the Air Jordan 6 features a black, red and white color combination: black dominating the majority of the shoe's body, with red accents seen on the midsole and white below it.
There's also a red jumpman logo on the tongue (which is high), and a red lock for the shoelaces. Watch out for the Air Jordan 6 in "Infrared" at select retailers in NYC and NJ starting tomorrow, April 9.
The Air Jordan 1, on the other hand, is releasing a new colorway! Nike is releasing a new elegant colorway design called the "Nouveau Pure Platinum," reported The Boom Box. This nouveau sneaker comes dominated by pure platinum from the ankles to the bottom part near the sole, accented by a crimson red lining and Air Jordan logo on the side.
It is dressed in faux snakeskin leather, with the iconic Nike Swoosh cut away in the body to reveal a mesh inner. A white rubber sole completes the fresh look and feel of the upcoming sneakers.
Nike is going to release the Air Jordan 1 Nouveau Pure Platinum worldwide, though at a still-undisclosed date. Check back here for retail prices, release date, and retailer details, coming soon.
