A new patent of MacBook Pro 2016 leaked and now surfacing online hinting a new innovative keyboard of Apple's flagship laptops. The patent features MacBook Pro and MacBook Air to have a touchpad replacing the physical keyboard.
Force Touch Technology Gets A Boost
According to SlashGear, it looks like Apple is eyeing to take its Force Touch technology to the next level with the "Zero Travel" patent. The patent pictures MacBook Pro to have the same Force Touch trackpad from the existing MacBook and MacBook Pros that eliminates the actual movement of the keyboard.
If the patent is indeed true, the Force Touch trackpad in the new MacBook Pro is like the haptic feedback that MacBooks today have, Tech News reported. Instead of just simply clicking, the sensitivity can detect the pressure of the user's fingers and the device will respond with a sensation as if one is really ticking the keyboard.
MacBook Pro Gets More Upgrades
Also, other features from the patent revealed MacBook Pro to have little holes in the touchpad's exterior that would light the devices' letter and key. These small punctures work as the backlit of the usual MacBook Pro's keyboard.
Apple has been making its way to improve MacBook Pro every year. Since Apple introduced Force Touch Technology in MacBook, it surprised the world with the debut of the new innovation as it introduced everyone to the pressure of touch and sensitivity.
Meanwhile, the Bitbag cited that the patent, which is filed in Sep. 28, 2015, may not really come into life or even can take a lot of time to be developed it is real. However, if the patent comes to fruition, the upcoming MacBook Pro promise a new kind of innovation.
