Actor Ian Ziering is going to be a dad again.
The 48-year-old, best known for his role as Steve Sanders in television series "Beverly Hills 90210" announced he was expecting his second baby with wife Erin on his Facebook page as a message to Scott Kelly, an American astrounaut, along with the congratulatory message he had received from Kelly when he was going to become a dad for the first time.
"Scott Kelly- Since you were the only person to congratulate Erin and I from outer space, I wanted you to be the first to know that we've done it again! I've been in the most wonderful orbit with Erin and Mia, and now we're over the Moon one more time!!!" he wrote Oct.23.
"Here we go again," he later wrote.
People magazine officially annonunced the news not longer after the Facebook post.
"I feel blessed, having a family is something that I've always wanted," the father shared his happiness with People magazine. "Having a second child is the realization of a dream come true."
Messages from his well-wishers have been pouring into his Facebook page since then.
"Congratulations maybe its twins ;)," one of the comments read while another writing: "Congrats, man. What they say is true. One is one, but two is ten!"
The baby is due in spring. The new addition to the family would be joining 18 months old Mia Loren, who is named after Ziering's late mother Mickie.
"We tell her 'baby' and point to Erin's belly," Ziering explained how they introduced their little one to her sibling. "Now she points to Erin's belly and says, 'Baby.'"
Ziering married Nurse Erin Kristine Ludwig at Newport Beach, California, May 28, 2010.
