"I'm really glad Amy Schumer didn't win, that would be really weird with those dances," Reynolds said during his acceptance speech, E! News quotes. "The reason I'm standing up here is because of you guys, and we had blast working on this movie, but it wasn't all unicorns and cocaine."
In his acceptance speech, Reynolds also thanked his wife Blake Lively. Unfortunately, the "Gossip Girl" alum was not able to attend the ceremony, Life & Style magazine reveals.
"I'd like to thank Twentieth Century Fox, the Deadpool team, the entire crew up in Vancouver," Reynolds added. "I want to thank my wife-everything I do is to make her laugh, especially the sex. Thank you."

Meanwhile, Reynolds does not only makes wife Lively laugh in bed because he's also one supportive husband. According to Entertainment Weekly, Reynolds inspired his wife to take on the emotionally and physically challenging role in the shark thriller, "The Shallows."
In the movie, Lively plays the role of a surfer who's attacked by a shark and who's fighting to survive while trapped alone on an ocean rock. Lively's latest movie, "The Shallows," is set to premiere on Jun. 24.
