Dreaming of living in Disney World? It can finally happen if you have $2 million to invest. A new private residential community has opened near Magic Kingdom in Florida and the properties are reportedly selling fast.

The site is called Disney Golden Oak and it's the first residential community in the Orlando Disney property. It is made up of four neighborhoods dubbed as Carolwood, Kimball Trace, Marceline and Silverbrook. Only two neighborhoods have vacancies, while the rest have been sold out, per People.

What are the houses and amenities like at Disney World?

Disney World residential houses take inspiration from Caribbean, Tuscan and European designs and its sizes vary between 3,000 to 12,000 square feet. The four neighborhoods carry different themes. Marceline will have design elements from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," while Carolwood is a water and nature preserve, per Teen Vogue.

Around the vicinity, residents can enjoy the perks at golf courses, gardens and parks. These areas are decorated with Disney character sculptures. The neighborhoods have a private clubhouse called Summerhouse where families can hold parties and events, or use facilities like the gym and the swimming pool.

Apart from living within close range of a fantasy land, Disney World's Golden Oak residents can avail of extra Magic Hours and Disney Parks tickets advantage.
