The upcoming episodes of "Criminal Minds" Season 11 will be filled with surprises and emotion as one UnSub plays with Spencer Reid's (Matthew Gray Gubler) emotion who is still not over with Derek Morgan's exit in "Criminal Minds." Will Reid's emotional state be a point against him?
Reid Vs Antonia In The Next "Criminal Minds" Season 11 Episode
Frances Fisher is set to appear in the upcoming episode of "Criminal Minds" Season 11, where she will be playing as a deranged serial killer who may or may not have preyed on unsuspecting teenagers in the past, CinemaBlend reported. She was convicted 15 years ago after Gideon (Mandy Patinkin) got her and she might have info on the two missing boys.
Fisher's character is the kind of UnSub that would make a great recurring character in "Criminal Minds." "She's the kind of UnSub you want to bring back again and again. She reads people really well and her scenes with Dr. Reid are really pretty fascinating," showrunner Erica Messer told TV Guide.com. "She is right on point in her reading of him and he gets thrown off."
Antonia A Great Mind Reader
In the exclusive sneak peak of TV Guide.com for the upcoming "Criminal Minds" Season 11 episode, fans will see how Antonia turned the tables on Reid and preys on his sadness over Morgan's departure in BAU. "I haven't seen it in a while, but it looks very much like grief," she told the eccentric genius, Reid. "Who'd you lose? Someone in your family? Good friend? Ahh. What's your friend's name?" Their conversation is something that fans should look forward in the next episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11.
"Criminal Minds" Not Yet Renewed
Next month, "Criminal Minds" season 11 is set to air its finale, unfortunately, the fate of the show remains unknown. Inquisitr reported that there are several reasons why "Criminal Minds" is not renewed for Season 12 yet. Shemar Moore's exit in "Criminal Minds" reportedly affects the show and there are talks that the series will be cancelled.
Aside from this, "Criminal Minds" is not just CBS', it is co-produced with ABC Studios and the latter reaps the benefits financially. There is no incentive for CBS whether they continue "Criminal Minds" or not, so it depends on ABC whether they axed "Criminal Minds" season 12 or keep the show going.
