The first teaser trailer of Marvel's "Doctor Strange" was finally released, giving fans a good look at the Sorcerer Supreme in action. While the clip was fun and exciting, it was not complete. There's more to expect in "Doctor Strange."
"Doctor Stranger" Teaser Is A Definition Of A Teaser
If you have watched the "Doctor Stranger" teaser trailer, you will definitely agree that the upcoming film is exciting. However, you have yet to see everything. "Doctor Strange" co-writer C. Robert Cargill told The Sunday Service podcast that what fans saw in the teaser is the exact definition of a teaser, JoBlo reported.
"This teaser is, it's the definition of a teaser. You are only getting a like a small taste of just how crazy this movie gets. We have only just the slightest hints of magic in there," Cargill revealed. "There are major characters you don't even glimpse in that trailer, there's so much stuff going on, that this thing is just nutty, the stuff they let us do, I can't believe they let us do it. I would be in meetings where Kevin Feige and our other producers would be 'how can we make this crazier?' And I was like 'alright, lets play around' and it's a hell of an experience."
There's More To Expect In "Doctor Strange"
For fans who think they already know the flow of "Doctor Strange" after seeing the "Doctor Strange" teaser, Cargill teases that they could be wrong. "Anyone who watches that trailer and goes 'oh, I think I know the basic direction the story is going' has NO idea how crazy it's going to get," he added.
"Doctor Strange" is written by Cargill and Jon Spaihts. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Mads Mikkelsen, Benedict Wong and Michael Stuhlbarg, International Business Times reported.
"Doctor Strange" is set to hit theaters on Nov. 4. If you haven't watched the "Doctor Strange" trailer yet, you can check it out below.
