WWE Intercontinental Champion Chyna is believed to have succumbed to drug overdose at 45. Wrestler Joanie Lauer is the only female to have won the WWE Intercontinental Championship title, which Chyna now leaves without an heiress.
Drug overdose as the cause of death has figured prominently in the stories and investigations surrounding the WWE intercontinental champion. Chyna struggled with drugs, including illegal substances, after when her career in WWE ended. In 2008, Chyna sought help for her drug addiction through "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."

TMZ reports, however, that despite the supposition authorities did not find any illegal substance in the WWE champion's home. Chyna had prescriptions medicines around her when she was found.
However, authorities are still confirming if these played into the WWE champion's death. Chyna did not leave any suicide note. Neither did the WWE champion's body show any sign of foul play.

According to People, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter disclosed that Chyna was discovered by someone close to the WWE champion. The friend had not spoken a few days with Chyna and went to visit the WWE champion. Chyna was pronounced dead by the paramedics that came to the scene.

Chyna was last scene on social media on the Monday before her death. The WWE champion seemed in good spirits in the previous Sunday when she posted a YouTube video. Chyna, who is also known as "Chynna Doll" and "The Ninth Wonder of the World" did not leave any children behind.
