The hype surrounding video games are always high! However, with Hello Game's "No Man's Sky," the anticipation is beyond normal. Ever since "No Man's Sky" was announced back in 2013, fans have been patiently waiting for the game's release. Now that the release is nearing, people can't wait for more details before they can play the actual video game.
Hello Game has kept mum about "No Man's Sky" for a long time. Even though the release of "No Man's Sky" has been moved from one quarter to another quarter, fans still waited for it patiently. Due to the fact that "No Man's Sky" is a video game that is highly hyped and increasingly delayed, numerous video game sites and news outlets have reported that "No Man's Sky" might not be worth the wait.
Yet, Hello Games have proven those reports wrong because by dropping numerous teasers of "No Man's Sky." With the game developers being more open about the game and giving out details to the future fans of "No Man's Sky," the anticipation has passed the roof. Now, "No Man's Sky" creator, Hello Game, has released a 15 minute gameplay clip and uploaded it on video streaming website YouTube, which shows a little bit of what "No Man's Sky" can offer to gamers.
In other news, the dreaded thing about "No Man's Sky" is the vastness of the universe it can offer. Although this has been used as the platform of Hello Games -- an open universe concept, it might also be the downfall of "No Man's Sky."
According to some calculations of the fans, there are over 18 trillion planets to be discovered in "No Man's Sky." If all gamers -- let us say a million of them -- discover one planet every second, it will still take 500 billion years to get through all of the 18 trillion planets.
Fans have calculated that less than one percent of the planets in "No Man's Sky" will be discovered. "No Man's Sky" will be available on PS4 and PC on June 24 in the U.K. and June 21 in North America.
