Kate Middleton, Prince William Wedding Anniversary: Duchess Of Cambridge Terrified To Commit Mistakes

Five years after getting married to Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge still remains afraid to commit mistakes in their relationship. The editor in chief of Majesty magazine shared how Kate Middleton is being very careful with all her actions, making sure that she does everything right.

In an interview with Mirror, Majesty magazine editor Ingrid Seward said that Middleton always makes it a point that she does not make any blunders in her marriage with the Duke of Cambridge. "I think she feels a great responsibility on her slender shoulders to do the right thing and be seen to be doing the right thing," Seward added.

She also explained that in the five years of their marriage, the 34-year-old royalty was able to blend well and do her part as Prince William's wife. Seward said her husband also played a great part in guiding her with everything she does.

"I think that's made a massive difference—having his hand on her hand," the Majestic editor added. "She hasn't made any mistakes which is extraordinary when you think of how difficult it is for her. I suppose the only mistake she's made is that she's probably seen not always as particularly interesting but I think she's absolutely terrified of not doing it right."

Vanity Fair added that Seward also expects Middleton to speak in more public events. The writer said the duchess has been given a long time to share her opinions with other people and that she does not need to rush. "If she wanted to do, she would, but she obviously doesn't want to," Seward noted.

The royal couple met when they were still students at St. Andrews University in Fife. Mirror said they dated for eight years then decided to get married last April 29, 2011, at Westminster Abbey. They are now parents to Prince George and Prince Charlotte of Cambridge.
