'World of Warcraft' News and Updates: Pre-Expansion and Event Details Announced, Part One of 'Legion' Details Revealed

The "World of Warcraft" pre-expansion event details were finally announced. Aside from the "World of Warcraft" announcement, gamers were also given the Part One of "Legion" flight achievement details on Alpha Realm.

The "World if Warcraft" players were delighted upon knowing that they will soon get a chance to venture the Broken Isles area. They will soon be able to explore as Demon Hunters and as well as the powerful Artifacts weapons like Ashbringer. The pre-expansion will take place on Aug. 30 as mentioned on Blizzard Press Center.

Aside from the "World of Warcraft" pre-expansion details, it was also mentioned that a new "Legion" alpha build is already made available. The availability of the "Legion" however is solely focused on the testers. It is intended for trial in having the bug fixed and other minor upgrades.

Blizzard Entertainment once noted on the official forum of the "World of Warcraft" that several characters were revised such as Vengeance Demon Hunters, Holy Paladins, Retribution Paladins, and Protection Warriors.

Aside from the talents, several Artifact weapons traits were also revised for various classes. The duration of Outlaw Rogues' Curse of the Dreadables was included in the review and revision.

According to the Legion Flying forum it is still unsure as to when the next step would be unlocked. A Blizzard Entertainment game developer gave out details in regards to the release date.

"I can't give a detailed estimate of exactly when the next step will unlock," the game developer wrote. "We have a solid patch plan in the works, but we need to remain flexible to adapt to player needs once the expansion launches, and there's no way to even hint at a date without it sounding like a promise. That said, I can say that Part One should represent a significant majority of the total effort required to ultimately unlock flight."
