The premiere of "Sister Wives" season 7 is fast approaching. However, rumors have it that TLC's polygamist family, the Browns, are just pretending to be happy and keeping up a united front for the show but in reality, the whole family is allegedly a mess.
Alleged Reconciliation And Anniversary Celebration
Prior to "Sister Wives" season 7 premiere this May, Meri and Kody Brown were reportedly planning a reconciliation. In fact, the couple recently celebrated their 26th anniversary by taking a road trip with some of their children, Fashion & Style reveals.
Despite Meri Brown's catfish scandal in the previous season of "Sister Wives," the couple appeared happy during their road trip. Meri also shared some selfies of their concert experience, which was part of their anniversary celebration.
Meri and Kody Brown's anniversary, which was celebrated weeks before the premiere of "Sister Wives" season 7, came in spite of the fact that the couple had technically ended their legal marriage in 2014. Meri gave up her marriage to give way to her sister Robyn, who's Kody's fourth wife, and their children.
In a polygamous setup of the Browns, however, "Sister Wives" season 7 star Meri remains to be "spiritually married" to Kody. Since the couple is also living together, an anniversary celebration seems appropriate, Vine Report notes.
The Brown Family Is A Mess
Even though the Browns look happy and contented with their current family setup, Robyn Brown's former pal Kendra Pollard-Parra recently dropped a bombshell, claiming the family is constantly feuding. She also claimed that the Browns were only pretending to be happy but in reality, they are falling apart.
"It's worse than ever. The family is arguing constantly," Pollard-Parra told In Touch Weekly. "They pretend to be happy for the show, but the family is a mess."
Kody Brown's Fifth Wife
Aside from her revelation, Pollard-Parra also added that "Sister Wives" season 7 patriarch Kody Brown was allegedly looking for a fifth wife. She admitted that Kody even asked her to be one of his wives in front of Robyn, as previously reported.
"The first time he met me, he said, 'You're so pretty! I'm looking for another wife!' Robyn was laughing, but I was like, 'Eww!'" she told In Touch Weekly. "He'll most likely drop one of the other wives. Kody's main goal is to keep the series going and to make money. He's a snake."
"Sister Wives" Season 7 Premiere
Meanwhile, TLC recently renewed "Sister Wives" for season 7. The reality series depicting the Browns' polygamist lifestyle will premiere on Sunday, May 8, at 8 p.m. on TLC.
