Prince Harry Remembers Princess Diana: Prince Henry of Wales Wants To Make His Mother Proud; Sees His Mom In Himself

In time for the upcoming mother's day, Prince Harry remembered his late mom, Princess Diana, in an interview in Kensington Palace before he flown to North America for Invictus Games. Prince Henry of Wales may have only spent a little while with her mother, but the former Princess of Wales gave him a lot of memories to recall.

Prince Harry was 12 years old when Princess Diana died in 1996. 20 years later, the 31-year-old Royal was talking about her influences and how she continued to inspire him.

"All I want to do is make my mother incredibly proud," Prince Harry told People. For him, there is nothing he ever wanted to do but to please Princess Diana even if she's gone.

"When she died, there was a gaping hole, not just for us but also for a huge amount of people across the world," Prince Harry added. He and his brother, Prince William, were willing to do anything to fill that hole, even if it meant he needed to spend his life to fill the emptiness.

Today reported, Prince Harry has been known to do charity works and one of it was his work for the veterans. He revealed that he can saw Princess Diana in him and if his mother still lives, she will do the same thing, too.

Prince Harry explained that he enjoyed doing every goodwill he does in his own will. He, then, cleared that he's not exerting his efforts because he felt Princess Diana wanted him to do it.

Prince Harry even reminisced his childhood memories. He wanted to go back to the time when he was having fun in Disney World with Princess Diana.

Prince Harry recalled when he rode Space Mountain for 14 times and how his escort almost gave up on him. "My policeman had to get off and vomit over the bench," he shared, Telegraph cited.
