3 Short Workouts For A Successful Weight Loss

1. 10-Minute Cardio - cardio is one of the most effective workouts for weight loss. Any short cardio exercise can get your heart rate and increased the blood circulation throughout your body. Cardio includes walking, running and dancing, to name a few. Among the benefits of cardio exercise includes improving your heart's health, increasing your metabolism, improving your hormonal profile, improving your recovery abilities and managing diabetes, if you are suffering from it.

2. HIIT - High intensity interval training (HIIT) is very popular in the fitness world due to its potential to burn more calories in a minimum amount of time. The idea of HIIT is to do short periods of all-out workout, followed by short periods of active rest to condition your body to work harder. For example, you can do a jumping rope for two minutes and rest for five minutes. There are tons of 7-minute or 10-minute HIIT workouts that are efficient to make you sweat.

3. Yoga - This form of exercise is more about body and strength training. It uses your own weight to sweat. Yoga will help you develop strength and flexibility. The good news, yoga is also an efficient weight loss workout. You need not stay on the mat for hours to reap yoga's weight loss benefits. Just do a number of poses and you are good. For instance, you can do mountain pose, warrior pose, chair pose, bridge pose, downward-facing dog or plank.
