Moisturizing Anti-Aging Mask
Banana and honey are two organic ingredients that are perfect for your skin. Before applying the banana-honey facial mask on your face, make sure it is clean.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana Mashed
- 4 Tbs of honey
- 2 Tbs of Water
Mix the ingredients together and apply on your newly cleansed face. Let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.
Egg White Tightening Facial Mask
Egg whites are loaded with protein enzyme that keeps the skin tight and supple. It is ideal for busy moms that would want to have deep cleansing, but does not have the luxury of time for a spa visit.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp honey
Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk (the yolk can be set aside to be used as an egg shampoo). Mix the ingredients together. Apply all over the face avoiding the eye area. Rinse off after 15 minutes after the egg white dries.
Busy moms barely get enough sleep as there are home remedies that can get rid of dark circles. Two of the most effective eye brightening techniques are cucumber and tea bags.
- Cut two slices of cucumber (best if chilled). Let it rest on the eye area for 10-15 minutes. Remove and rinse. Can be used every day.
- Use two tea bags. Lavender or chamomile is both ideal for soothing tired and stressed eyes. Squeeze out the excess water of the brew tea bag. Make sure to leave it a little damp. Place the tea bag on each eye, make sure that it is already cool enough. Let it sit for a few minutes and rinse.
