Savannah Guthrie revealed that she's pregnant with her first baby at her secret weekend wedding to fiancé Mike Feldman.
"We set the wedding date, I bought my dress, and then I found out," Guthrie, 42, told TODAY. "So I did a little praying. ... I feel great, and actually I'm so happy to tell the world because I can't suck in this gut anymore."
The expectant bride and fiancé Feldman, 45, a communications strategist, got married on Saturday near her home town of Tucson, Ariz., in a beautiful desert setting.
"It was such a gorgeous setting," said Al Roker, fellow TODAY host, who attended the nuptials. "At one point after the ceremony, the sun was setting on one side, the other, we're talking about a full moon. It was beautiful."
Guthrie and her hubby chose to share their baby bliss at the candlelit reception dinner after the NBC News "Special Report" music played.
"I - well, we - are four months pregnant," she said. The crowd screamed and cheered at the news.
"We are so excited, overjoyed and feel so blessed," she said Monday on TODAY.
The bride walked down the aisle in a Monique Lhuillier A-line belted gown accompanied by her brother, Camron, an F-16 pilot, wearing his dress blues. Members of her TODAY family also attended, including her co-host Matt Lauer.
The wedding was a well-kept secret, and after the festivities Guthrie was back on the TODAY show on Monday. She and Feldman are thankful to all of those who took part in their happy day.
"Thanks for all of the good wishes from me and @SavannahGuthrie," Feldman tweeted.
Guthrie announced her engagement in May after Feldman popped the question during their vacation in Turks and Caicos after four years together.
