And will he save Castiel from Lucifer?

"All In The Family" Recap

In "Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 21 (via EW), Sam and Dean Winchester are finally let in on the big secret: Chuck is God. The Winchesters are having a hard time digesting the information, so Chuck/God teleports them back to the Men of Letters bunker and brings in the ghost of Kevin Tran to back up his claims.

After saving Sam, Dean and Castiel/Lucifer, Chuck/God finally meets Lucifer for the first time since the angel's fall. Chuck/God then heals Castiel/Lucifer's wounds with a snap of his fingers.

What's Next In "Supernatural" Season 11?

The trailer for "Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 22 has revealed that "We Happy Few" will feature a major standoff between Chuck/God and Amara, with Sam and Dean Winchester in the middle. Rob Benedict, who plays Chuck/God in "Supernatural," had teased that Sam, Dean and Castiel/Lucifer will end up making an alliance with his character.

"We all have the same goal - we want to try to stop her," Benedict told TVLine about Sam, Dean and Castiel/Lucifer. "We have different reasons for why, but ultimately, what we have to do is be on the same team and trust each other."

Can Chuck /God Save Castiel From Lucifer's Possession?

Rob Benedict also addressed the possible "Supernatural" Season 11 reunion between God and Castiel, stating that it might not be that easy. "That's going to be a complicated one, because right now, Lucifer is possessing Castiel," he said, although he did confirm there could be a lot of discussions in the next episode.

"There's definitely some conversations that need to be had, and we're going to see some of that come into play very soon," Benedict concluded. "We Happy Few," the 22nd episode of "Supernatural" Season 11, will air on The CW on May 18.
