Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, former "Bachelorette" stars, are expecting their first child.
"I'm a little nervous, but we're very excited," Hebert, who is three months along and due in October, exclusively revealed to In Touch Magazine. "I've wanted a child for a while."
Rosenbaum, who met Hebert on Season 7 of the romantic reality show, echoes his wife's excitement.
"It's nice not to have to keep it a secret anymore," he told In Touch. "We're beyond thrilled."
After about two months of trying to conceive and getting vague results, the glowing couple coincidentally found out the happy news at Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici's televised "Bachelor" wedding in Santa Barbara, Calif.
"There was legitimately a line," Rosenbaum said. "That's when we officially found out - of course it would be at a 'Bachelor' wedding!"
Hebert, 28, has sailed through her first trimester with flying colors, and said that pregnancy has been "pretty much a breeze," especially with help from her hunky husband.
"J.P. is great," she said. "He makes me dinner every night and gives me back massages."
The couple got engaged in 2011 when Rosenbaum, 35, proposed to Hebert in the finale episode of "The Bachelorette." Like Lowe and Giudici, they too married in a nationally televised ceremony on Dec. 16, 2012, with 4 million viewers sharing in their wedding bliss. Hebert was the second "Bachelorette" star to marry her final rose choice after Trista Sutter, who wed her firefighter husband Ryan Sutter in December 2003.
ABC anointed the couple at the gorgeous Langham resort in Pasadena, Calif. And though Hebert's construction worker husband is seven years older than she is, "The Bachelor" long-time host Chris Harrison said during their nuptials, "It works," according to Wetpaint.com.
The new "Bachelorette" star for season 10 of the spin-off show will be Andi Dorfman. Dorfman gained fame when she stood up to the controversial bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis during the show's latest season.
