For her third pregnancy, actress Megan Fox is making sure that she and her baby are healthy. The 30-year-old actress maintains a healthy diet and exercises daily to keep herself fit.
An E! News source revealed that she has a regimen for fitness that she strictly follow. "Megan has a healthy weekly routine that consists of yoga, Pilates, cardio and weights," the source added.
The expecting mom has also been very much interested with outdoor activities like hiking. When it comes to the food she eats, the insider said that Fox eats a green healthy diet.
Strict exercise routine
However, it was also revealed that she has some cheat days but sticks to a really strict exercise routine to make up for the food she eats. "She keeps her kids pretty healthy [too] and loves getting fresh fruits and veggies at the local farmers market," the source noted.
Daily Mail earlier reported that Fox recently showed her baby bump when he went out for lunch in Los Angeles. She was spotted wearing a black maxi dress and donning framed glasses.
Wearing very little makeup, the pregnant actress showed the public that she is doing well with her pregnancy. Fox, in a previous interview, said that she did not feel well about this newest pregnancy.
Pregnancy came as a shock
It was added in the E! News report that Fox announced her pregnancy last April. This came as a shock to the public as she recently filed a divorce from her husband for 11 years and the baby's father, Brian Austin Green.
The two are also parents to two boys, Noah, 3, and Bodhi, 2. For their third kid, the E! News insider said the couple is still keeping for themselves the gender of their baby.
Megan and Brian are already parents to two little boys, Noah and Bodhi, but they are keeping the sex of the third child a secret for now. "She just wants the baby to be healthy, that's her only thing," the source added.
