Apple is one of the leading brands when it comes to laptops because of their innovation in design and spec. According to reports, MacBook Pro 2016 will include Siri while MacBook will soon be equipped with iPhone's Touch ID.
MacBook Pro 2016 To Include Siri
Siri is a popular computer program that serves as an intelligent personal assistant for Apple users. According to LoveToKnow, Siri can look up information for you, create your calendar events, play music, get directions, send a message, make reservations and get recommendations.
For those who wish that Siri would be available in Apple's laptop, your wish will soon be granted. According to Christian Times, MacBook Pro will be the first Mac to include Siri.
Per MacRumors, Siri integration for Mac is still in the early stages of development. However, the AI assistant is expected to answer many of the same queries and perform many of the tasks it does on iOS devices. This includes opening apps, conducting web searches, controlling HomeKit, sending text messages, reading email, setting calendar events and more.
MacBook To Include TouchID
While the anticipated MacBook Pro is rumored to include Siri, MacBook is expected to sport a Touch ID support. In a separate report from MacRumors, with TouchID features, MacBook users can now unlock their computers conveniently.
Per the report, Apple might introduce TouchID fingerprint scanning hardware for the Mac. However, it turns out that it is making the task simpler and this feature could be included in OS X 10.12.
Apple engineers are said to be designing an auto unlock function, which would allow an iPhone to unlock a Mack in close proximity. This feature will alleviate the need to enter a password on a password-protected Mac.
Meanwhile, Apple just released new updates for MacBook so let's see when this new feature will be available. On the other hand, MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 are expected to arrive at Apple's WWDC next month.
