[VIDEO] It's Always 'Bring Your Child To Work' In North Dakota! Fun, Right?

To combat the challenges of returning to work after giving birth, North Dakota has implemented a policy allowing new moms to bring their baby to the office. Moms and soon-to-be-moms welcome it because it lets them bond with their baby more. It's also helping mommies at work learn from each other on taking care of infants.

Allowing moms to bring their babies to work is one way to diminish the Motherhood Penalty, per a previous Parent Herald report. With the new policy, new moms are on the same footing as other women in the workplace. Why should they not be afforded the same opportunies at work, right? Besides, moms are great at multitasking!
