Ashley Graham Models For Plus Size Women: Represents Women Of Diversity In Fashion Industry

Who says "you can't fit into that dress?" Boy, that's just wrong. Ashley Graham is making such a beautiful wave in the media. Modeling with confidence for plus size women - and making it a storm.

Empowering women of all shapes and sizes, Ashley Graham applauds DNCE for their "Toothbrush" music video making a statement of showing love for diversity in an interview with E! It definitely made a buzz showcasing the idea of what and how real relationship looks like.

Fashion definitely roots deeply in people, generation by generation and it's finally evolving. "The idea that fashion is fantasy is absolutely true, is absolutely valid," says Jenny McQuaile, creator of Straight/Curve for their campaign on body diversity which also features models taking pride for Ashley's success.

"It should be celebrated, and I think we all as women look at high fashion as something that can be celebrated as fantasy, but the biggest thing is that fantasy doesn't need to be one size." - She adds on a documentary with refinery29.com.

It used to seem unrealistic in this society to have a diversified standard on body shape, skin color and age. But it's been monotonous to see 32-22-32 size all these years. Until Graham along with women of all shapes and sizes finally hit the buzzer.

Thanks to the ever-growing campaign, society is now more open to different perspectives, personalities, skin colors, sizes, preference. The tools we have in social media had given everyone a platform and a voice to represent themselves.

Graham modeled her lingerie line with Addition Elle in 2014 featured in Vogue. She was also Rookie of the Year in 2015 for SwimsuitsforAll campaign on which the gig was repeated this year with Sports Illustrated. Kudos to Ashley and all those who come out to promote diversity!
