Mom-to-be Holly Madison is taking extreme care to provide her unborn baby with all the nutrients needed for a healthy growth.
The "Girls Next Door" star shared her healthy diet after conceiving her first child on her website.
"One of my favorite ways to stay healthy during pregnancy is by starting my day with a green smoothie. I've even got my boyfriend drinking them, too!" the 33-year-old blonde beauty wrote.
Along with a photo of her favorite "Strawberry Banana Smoothie" she shared the recipe with other expecting moms:
Ingredients needed - water (2 cups), spinach, banana (1), strawberries (2 cups).
Directions: Mix spinach and water and then add banana and strawberries.
"Feel free to add even more strawberries for a sweeter taste! This makes 2 large smoothies," she wrote at the end of the recipe. "Let me know how you like it! What's your favorite smoothie recipe?"
Madison wanted to have kids from a long time and was planning to adopt a baby when she got pregnant. This is the first child of the 33-year-old blonde beauty and boyfriend Psquale Rotella. The baby is due in March. The "playboy" model wanted to keep the sex of her baby a surprise for her fans. However, her boyfriend Rotella accidently revealed the gender of their unborn baby ( girl) on Twitter.
Madison who has cravings for blueberries has been keeping herself fit and fine through pregnancy yoga and pilates.
Madison started modeling to pursue her studies. She shot to fame as the girlfriend of Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner in the reality TV series "The Girls Next Door." In 2008, Madison officially announced her breakup with Hefner.
