Beautiful Music Video Depicting Pregnancy Loss and a Rainbow Baby, Dedicated To Parents Who Have Experienced Child Loss

David Motola, a Salt Lake City, Utah local has recently released a beautiful and heartbreaking original song on a video in Youtube. It illustrates a couple's experience of miscarriage and having a rainbow baby.

Rainbow babies are babies that are born after a mother was able to experience a miscarriage, a neonatal death, a stillbirth or an infant loss. They are known to be special. The reason they are called rainbow babies because just like in the story of the bible, about Noah and his ark, a rainbow appeared after it stopped raining for 40 days and nights. It was a promise of a new day and hope.

So it is with the rainbow baby, they bring hope to parents who wanted to have children. They are the rainbow and the gift.

According to the report from KSL, the video was so touching and had a great impact on parents and people who had family members that have gone through a miscarriage. Motola said that after the video was posted, he has received messages coming from all over the world. They told him how some of them can relate to the video, and that it reminded them of their loss and how they felt then.

David Motola said that similar loss was experienced by some of his friends and family. He is also working through the same emotion in his life as well. With them in his mind, he dedicates the song also to all hopeful mothers and fathers who have experienced the loss.

Motola also recently had a Kickstarter Campaign to release the album and hopes it would serve as an inspiration to everyone. He said, "And so that was really touching and impactful to me that somehow my music brought them to those places of ... very difficult painful periods in their life, and so I decided the next video I wanted to kind of dedicate to those mothers and fathers who messaged me and in my own individual family who had been through it"
