Kate Middleton has a special wish for this Christmas, a baby! According to latest reports, the Duchess of Cambridge really wants to have a baby with her husband, Prince William.
"In a dream situation, they would love to be a step closer at Christmas," the Hollywood Gossip quoted a source. "They have been on such a high since getting married."
Reports of the royal couple expecting their first baby have been spreading for months.
Middleton was continuously under media watch since her visit to Denmark last November. She had avoided peanut paste during her visit. Some ladies prefer to avoid nuts during pregnancy to protect their babies from allergies. The avoidance led the media speculation about her possible pregnancy.
Though a royal insider denied the pregnancy news, the media kept circulating its suspicions in September, Star magazine reported Middleton's pregnancy news along with the gender of the unborn baby (girl) and the name her parents had decided for her (Diana).
The news again hit the Internet after Radar online reported last week about a possible baby announcement in December.
"They're planning to make an announcement in December," Radar online quoted Jessica Hay, Kate Middleton's former Marlborough College roommate, telling New Idea magazine about the "wonderful ,happy news" in the royal couple's life. "It seems very traditional but of course they'll be happy with two boys or two girls, they don't want more. They've discussed it endlessly and don't want to be older parents."
Apart from that, Prince William, during a chat with Katie Couric, expressed his wish to have children.
