A baby can really make a perfect family.
This week, Hannah Bagshawe, the wife of the Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne, gave birth to a healthy baby, the couple's first child according to a report on The Daily Mail. On Wednesday, Eddie Redmayne, 33, and Hannah Bagshawe, 34, warmly welcomed their daughter, Iris Mary Redmayne.
Wed in Babington House in Somerset just before Christmas 2014, the couple at the Golden Globes in January this year confirmed that they were expecting a baby as cited on E News.
"That is true!" Redmayne said when Ryan Seacrest commented that there is actually a baby on the way for the sweet couple, before he gifted them with onesies. One featured the words "Milking My 15 Minutes", while the other cheekily said "You Should See My Crib."
"Thank you so much, Ryan!" Redmayne said surprised and delighted, while Hannah laughed, calling the gifts "pretty amazing!"
In December, the public learned that the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" star and his gorgeous wife were going to have a baby, just a year after they decided to tie the knot in a private ceremony in England on Dec. 15, 2014.
Eddie and Hannah started dating in January 2012 and later got engaged in June 2014. Since then, the couple has become definitely inseparable. Hannah has been by Redmayne's side throughout multiple awards seasons.
Bagshawe accompanied Redmayne at the Academy Awards in 2015 when Eddie won his first Oscar for his role as Stephen Hawking in the movie "The Theory of Everything". Hannah also attended the 2016 Golden Globes award where Eddie was up for his role as transgender pioneer and painter, Lili Elbe in the movie "The Danish Girl".
Eddie, at this year's SAG Awards, opened up about preparing for their little bundle of joy. It's quite a few months away, but we started looking at all the logistics," he said. "The list of things you're meant to get before going to the hospital, and it's a long list of stuff right there!" he joyfully remarked.
