'Death Stranding' News & Update: Creator Of 'Norman Reedus And The Funky Fetus' Game, Hideo Kojima Reveals More Clues?

E3 2016 runaway hit "Death Stranding" by developer Kojima Productions reportedly did not waste effort referencing "Metal Gear" publisher Konami in the first peek trailer. Aside from this "Death Stranding" confirmation, creator Hideo Kojima gave a few more clues on the new genre action game, which stars "The Walking Dead" actor Norman Reedus.

Eurogamer reports that an interview with Hideo Kojima bore confirmation that the baby in the "Death Stranding" trailer is not Norman Reedus' clone. Hideo Kojima also reportedly confirmed that the "Death Stranding" baby is no reference to "Metal Gear Solid 5."

Neither does "Death Stranding" bear any trace of publisher Konami either as a shade from Hideo Kojima or otherwise. What Hideo Kojima did say is that the song "I'll Keep Coming Back" (Low Roar) lends the frame for a portion of the "Death Stranding" trailer.

In this respect, the "Death Stranding" trailer uses "waves" as a partial theme. A separate Parent Herald article cites GQ in reporting on the discovery of The Schwarzschild Radius formula (General Relativity) and The Dirac Equation formula (Quantum Mechanics) on Norman Reedus' necklace.

According to Eurogamer, although Hideo Kojima seemed more guarded on this "Death Stranding," the director said those were intentional clues for fans to find. VG247 reports that both Norman Reedus and the trailer setting will be used in the actual "Death Stranding" game.

The short story by Japanese writer Kobo Abe was the basis for the overall theme of "Death Stranding." However, Uproxx reports that fans have already nicknamed "Death Stranding" with "Norman Reedus and The Funky Fetus."

IGN reports that the game engine, which Hideo Kojima will choose for "Death Stranding," is almost finalized. In which case, "Death Stranding" should be able to move to the production phase presently.

No release date is yet planned by Kojima Productions for "Death Stranding." Which shouldn't be a problem as fans have yet to unearth more "Death Stranding" - or "Norman Reedus and The Funky Fetus" clues in the Hideo Kojima puzzler of a trailer.
