Jemima Kirke, of the HBO series "Girls" gave birth to a boy.
This is the second child of Kirke and her husband Michael Mosberg .
"Jemima and Mike had the baby about a week ago. It's a boy named Memphis," A source close to the couple confirmed the news to Us Weekly. "The 'Girls' crew and Lena [Dunham] are so happy for her!"
The new arrival joins two-year-old sister Rafaella Israel.
Lena Dunham, creator of "Girls" had given some signals about the baby news through one of her tweets last week.
"Yesterday was amazing. One of my friends had a baby, one got engaged and the doctor told me the bump on my tongue is nothing to worry about," Dunham wrote Nov. 21.
There's a chance of getting more baby news from Kirke, as she had earlier expressed her wish to have lots of children.
"I want lots of kids and I want a garden and I hope to stay married to my husband," Kirke told Vulture. "I hope to be working in some way that fulfills me."
The 27-year-old star posed topless for Vice magazine, recently. During a chat with the magazine, she revealed her thoughts about her childrens' upbringing and dating.
"If I have a boy, I'll probably just tell him to be nice to women. Being humble and sweet is the hardest thing you can do," she told the magazine.
While sharing concepts about her daughter's date she added, : "I would love for her to date guys. I guess I'd just let her do her own thing and hopefully she'd feel comfortable enough to talk to me so I can offer advice."
