There were reports claiming that "One Punch Man" Season 2 is delayed. However, according to new sources, the anticipated new season will be arriving sooner than expected.
'One Punch Man' Season 2 To Premiere Next Week
There is no doubt that this report will delight "One Punch Man" fans. Parent Herald previously reported that "One Punch Man" Season 2 would be delayed. The new season is expected to premiere later this year but new sources suggest that it will not be ready until early 2017.
Per Ecumenical News, the delay was due to the creator and artists' prior commitments. Despite the delay, "One Punch Man" Season 2 is sure to arrive as Yusuke Murata has already created 100 sketches, 100 inked pages and 100 storyboards for the new season.
Meanwhile, Toonami reported that "One Punch Man" Season 2 would premiere on July 16, 2016, ending the speculations about the second season's delay. Per Game N Guide, fans were very happy with the said announcement that it immediately tops the trending topic on Twitter.
What To Expect In 'One Punch Man' Season 2
Parent Herald previously reported that the "One Punch Man" protagonist, Saitama would have to face three major villains in "One Punch Man" Season 2. These include the most powerful villain in the series named Garou. His longtime nemesis Amai Mask and Lord Boros.
Aside from the major villains, per Anime News Network the following actors will voice the following characters in "One Punch Man" Season 2. Max Mittleman for Saitama, Zach Aguilar for Genos, Mumen Rider for Robbie Daymond and Erik Kimerer for Speed 'o' Sound Sonic.
