Prior to the full release of "ARK: Survival Evolved" this winter season, Studio Wildcard has been launching several updates on PC and Xbox One platforms to improve the game's content. In fact, Studio Wildcard has already released its v738.0 Xbox One patch while "ARK" fans are waiting for the release of Xbox One's v739.0 and PC's v245.0 updates.

Several "ARK: Survival Evolved" gamers were unable to log into the game on the Xbox One platform on Wednesday, Jul. 6. The reason? Studio Wildcard has released the huge Xbox One v738.0 patch, which was initially reported to be released in time for the Fourth of July celebrations.

'ARK: Survival Evolved' Xbox One V738.0 Patch

Due to the release of Microsoft's certification, the initial schedule to launch "ARK: Survival Evolved" v738.0 Xbox One patch has remained tentative. But now, the new update was finally launched, adding a wide variety of changes and content that have already been added on "ARK: Survival Evolved" PC version.

"ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One v738.0 patch reportedly weighed at roughly 11GB. According to Daily Express, the latest "ARK" patch added "one or two Microsoft-specific updates that weren't included on the PC version of the update - dedicated server save-backups and the 5 percent increase on the memory saving and CPU performance.

Other 'ARK: Survival Evolved' Xbox One V738.0 Patch Features

Aside from the Microsoft-specific updates, "ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One v738.0 patch also paved the way for the arrival of the Redwood Forest biome, New Ruins, the Retractable Rope Ladders and the massive dinosaur called Titanosaur. For more detailed patch notes, click here.

'ARK: Survival Evolved' PC V245.0 Patch Release Date And Details

Meanwhile, the Redwood biome has already been added to "ARK" The Island map on both Xbox One and PC platforms. But the upcoming "ARK: Survival Evolved" PC v245.0 patch will reportedly launch the Redwood biome and Caverns update on the game's The Center map, Inquisitr notes.

Even though the July 28 release date for "ARK: Survival Evolved" PC v245.0 patch has been officially announced by game developer Ben Burkart via a Twitter post, it remained tentative as Studio Wildcard could delay its release. The upcoming update will also bring the Primitive+ Mod.

Moreover, Burkart also confirmed "ARK: Survival Evolved" PC v245.0 patch will be released first followed by its arrival on Xbox One. He also revealed that the changes will not only be limited to the Redwood forest, saying new caverns will also be added.
