There is no doubt that the third installment of 'Kingdom Hearts 3' is one of the anticipated games today. However, Square Enix has been delaying the game for quite some time now and it seems that the "KH3" fans are already losing interest in the game. Is "Kingdom Hearts 3" losing its popularity?
'Kingdom Hearts 3' Didn't Make It In Famitsu's Top 5 List
The "Kingdom Hearts" fans have been clamoring for the arrival of "KH3," unfortunately, the wait has been too long and Square Enix lacks the guts to provide regular updates that the hype about the title started to flicker.
Parent Herald previously reported that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is in the ninth place in the Famitsu most wanted game chart. The title has moved a step forward in the recent Famitsu list but failed to make it in the top 5, unlike to other Square Enix's game, "Final Fantasy XV" who tops the chart.
Despite the reports claiming that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is coming in 2017, the title has not progressed in its Famitsu standing, suggesting that the players are already losing interest in the game, even before it arrives.
This is not the first time that "Kingdom Hearts 3's" popularity has derailed. In fact, last December Parent Herald reported that the game was out of the Famitsu top 10 list.
'Kingdom Hearts 3' Arriving In April 2017
Breathecast reported that "Kingdom Hearts 3" would be arriving in April 2017. "Kingdom Hearts" director Tetsuya Nomura told KH13 that fans should enjoy "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" as the title will be arriving first. In fact, they are already in its final stage of development.
"Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" will serve as an introduction to "Kingdom Hearts 3." Thus, it only makes sense to deliver the title first.
Do you agree that "Kingdom Hearts 3's" standing in Famitsu is related to its popularity? Are fans losing interest to "KH3?" What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
